De Tourism World Int'l announces Tourism Conference for 5th December in Umuahia

 


De Tourism World Inter-national has announced that it would hold its annual 2023 Tourism and Socioeconomic Development and Investment Conference for 2023 to Hold 5th December the Aguiyi Ironsi Complex Hall, St Fimbars Road, Umuahia, Abia State on Tuesday 5th December, 2023 by 12 noon.

According to the Mr. Solomon Uwakwe, Executive Director of De Tourism World Inter-national, this year’s theme is, “Rebuilding Capacity in Agro-Tourism, Hospitality & Allied activities toward a Sustainable Green Economy”. 

With a vision towards unveiling and promoting sustainable tourism, hospitality and infrastructural development and investment, De Tourism World International, has remained resilient in its vision to annually hold its conference which seeks to promote Tourism and Socio-economic Development and Investment in Nigeria.

Mr. Solomon Uwakwe, CEO and Convener of De Tourism World International Conference has called on “Stakeholders and the general public to make it a date to attend its annual Tourism World International Commercial and Agro-tourism Investment Conference which is scheduled to hold on 5th December 2023 with focus to be centered on promoting sustainable commercial agro-tourism sector, hospitality and infrastructural development.

“For the past 12 years the De Tourism World Inter-national has remained resilient in its effort in pushing the agenda for Tourism and Socioeconomic development”.

conference entitled, ‘Rebuilding Capacity in Agro-Tourism, Hospitality & Allied activities toward a Sustainable Green Economy’ holding at the Aguiyi Ironsi Complex Hall, St Fimbars Road, Umuahia on Tuesday 5th December, 2023 by 12 noon”.

He continued, “This is a non-ticketed conference that has been held several times in Abuja, Lagos and Umuahia and it is back to Umuahia,  Abia State. The last edition in 2022 was held in Lagos.

“This year's edition will feature discussions on Green economy, Agro-Tourism investments, Community

development, Hospitality business appreciation, investment education and capital funding options among other related presentations”, he maintains.

According to the CEO, “This event is structured to have in attendance govemment representatives, Regional Tourism and Hospitality

development agencies, Commissioners, Researchers, Students, Business men and Entrepreneurs.

participation during this strategic socioeconomic development brain-storming exercise, as we count

on your moral and technical support”, Mr. Solomon urged the public.
