  The Youth Tourism Development Organisation (YTDO) has announced Mr Frank Meke, a veteran journalist and media consultant, as its ambassador. Mr Emmanuel Okon, National President, YTDO, said this in a statement in Lagos.   President, Association of Tourist Boat Operators and Water Transporters of Nigeria ( ATBOWATON), Dr Gani Tarzan Balogun, has described the boat mishap in the R waters in Patigi Channel of River Niger, Kwara State in which a hundred passengers lost their lives as horrifying and sad.
