Abuja Jabamah introduces first Travel Bleisure event in Nigeria

In an effort to revive travel business and tours in Nigeria, the hosts of Abuja Jabamah, Accra Weizo and Akwaaba African Travel Market have announced that they would be holding this year's event as a Travel Bleisure event. The event is slated for the 11th and 12th March, 2022.

This is an exciting and new dimension to the annual event which holds annually in Abuja, Nigeria's Federal Capital Territory.

Speaking about this new dimension, Mr. Ikechi Uko, the CEO and Organizer, revealed  that this year's 'Abuja Jabamah is set to disrupt the event space In Nigeria.'

'In 2020, we organised the First PHYGITAL  event in Nigeria, the Lagos World Tourism Day. After that hybrid events went mainstream, we held weekly zoom Conferences for 6 months as part of Naija7wonders.'

'We are known for Akwaaba African Travel Market and Accra Weizo. Now,we bring in a new Concept to the Marketplace: The BLEISURE event.'

Bleisure is simply the practice of combining business travel and leisure travel into one trip. Some argue that combining these two previously distinct types of travel can create a happier traveller by reducing the stress that's sometimes associated with travelling.

Bleisure also describes travel that combines both business and leisure, by not comitting to one purpose solely. People on a bleisure trip, will typically add some extra days to their business trip in order to relax. This is often due to the fact that they have conveniently travelled to a holiday destination as part of their business trip.

The travel and general public have been urged to join this Abuja event for a Business Tourism event that is loaded with fun.
