Royal Traditional Marriage: Eze Dan Emereonye give out daughter to Prince Engr. Ezichi

It was a pleasant show of royalty and grandeur at the Royal Traditional Marriage when Eze Dan Emereonye, the Eze Egwelle 1 of Egwelle kingdom, gave out his daughter to Prince Engr. Ezichi Kalu Ulu at his Royal Grace Palace, Umuduruegwelle Autonomous Community, Ehime-Mbano, Imo State, on Saturday 23rd December, 2023.
The Couple: Prince Ezichi & Princess Ijeoma at their Traditional MarriageThe event was indeed a celebration of the legacy of Igbo culture and tradition as Princess Ijeoma John, daughter of HRH, Eze Dan Emereonye, the Eze Egwelle 1 of Egwelle kingdom, had her traditional marriage to her heartthrob and prince charming, Prince Engr. Ezichi Kalu Ulu from Ohafia, Abia State.

He said, “For this event, I must say I’m glad because it beats my imagination that as of today, I’ve given my second daughter out in marriage! That beats my imagination because I know that it’s not by power or by might but by the special grace of God! And I’m glad!

"And that in less than no time we’ll be hearing sounds of joy of children in their home! I’m glad”, HRH Eze Dan concluded.
One of the high points of the traditional Marriage rites was when the bridegroom was officially crowned a Prince of Durugwelle Kingdom since he got married to a Princess from the Palace, notwithstanding that he is also a Prince from his own kingdom.

Ugoeze Edith Emereonye, the bride's mother, specifically prayed and instructed her daughter about the sweetness and challenges that come with marriage while she admonished her to be resilient, supportive and prayerful to make the home succeed.
“You will have males and female children", She said.
"Marriage demands a lot of patience. When marriage is sweet, keep praying to God. And when the marriage seems challenging, keep calling on the Lord.
