Participants pour encomiums as HMC September Masterclass records 100 participants, breaks records
Participants of the Hotel Managers Conference September 2023 Masterclass have continued to pour in encomiums for the impacts of the Sessions and to the organizers for sustaining such platform that aims to horn up skills for professionals in the hotel and hospitality industry.

This is coming as the September 2023 Masterclass has broken records for previous Masterclass as it achieved a record of hosting over 100 participants on the session held over the Zoom meeting platform. Though the officially registered participants were 96, there are several incidents were about 3 or 4 persons shared the same screen.
The lecture officially scheduled for just 2 hours stretched longer to 2 hours, 38 minutes as participants could not get enough streaming from the indefatigable Lead Tutor, Justina Ovat.
The participants represented over 80 hotels from the 6 geopolitical zones of Nigeria, who are eager to upgrade and refresh their skill in a guest to see that guests who walk into any hotel in Nigeria enjoys the same standard of service with very minimal complaints.
