Nkereuwem Onung emerges New FTAN President

Mr Nkereuwem Onung, the chairman of Remlords Tours and Car Hire Services, has emerged the president Federation of Tourism Associations of Nigeria, FTAN. With a landslide victory, Onung emerged winner with 71 votes over his challenger Otunba Ayo Olumoko who secured 22 votes at the Federation election held today, Thursday July 8th at RockView Hotel, Abuja. Onung is the former president of Nigerian Association of Tour Operators NATOP and its BOT chairman. He was the immediate past acting president of FTAN, taking over after the untimely death of Alhaji Rabo Karim Seleh in active service. Onung is a former banker before venturing into tour and car hire business. FAAN SET TO GO LIVE ON HAJJ/CARGO TERMINAL CAR PARK AUTOMATION

The   Federal   Airports   Authority   of   Nigeria   (FAAN)   hereby   informs   the   general   public   that the parking process at the Hajj/Cargo terminal, Murtala Muhammed Airport,   Lagos has   been   automated. In preparation for the actual Go Live, which has been slated for Monday, July 5,   2021, the Authority has deployed a modern car park solution with a distinct entry   gate   and   an   exit   gate. Users of the terminal that want to drive into designated car parks within the   terminal will now have to enter through the newly built automated gate, from   where details of their vehicles would be captured electronically on the parking   tickets that will be issued to them. Lagos Govt meets stakeholders ahead of public presentation of Tourism Master Plan

 Leadership of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) has released an official statement that Prophet Joshua's burial ceremony is set to hold  July 5 to 11 2021. The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) has confirmed July 9 as the burial date for the late founder of the church, the late Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua (TB Joshua).
